Admission & Enrollment

• Admission is confirmed only after full or partial fee payment as specified

• Course schedules, faculty, batches, and curriculum may change at the academy’s discretion

• CIDESCO eligibility and certification are governed by CIDESCO international rules

Fees & Payments

• All fees must be paid as per the communicated schedule

• Fees once paid are non-transferable

• Any government taxes or CIDESCO fees are applicable as per prevailing norms

Intellectual Property

• All course materials, videos, LMS content, images, and branding are the intellectual property of Impression Beauty Clinic / Academy

• Unauthorized copying, sharing, or reproduction is strictly prohibited

Student Conduct

• Students are expected to maintain professional behavior

• The academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment for misconduct without refund

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Personal career outcomes or employment guarantees

• Allergic reactions or health issues due to misuse of products

• External factors affecting examinations, travel, or visas

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra.
